Insights Dashboard

The Insights page is your organisation’s data protection dashboard. Click Insights in the left sidebar to open it (route: /insights).

Time range filter

Section titled “Time range filter”

A Date Range picker in the top-right corner lets you choose between 30 Days, 90 Days, and 365 Days. The selected range applies to every section on the page. The default is 90 days.

Three links below the page heading take you to related usage views:

  • Usage & Adoption (/insights/usage)
  • Application Usage (/insights/application-usage)
  • Employee Usage (/insights/employee-usage)

Data Protection Summary

The first section on the page shows an overview KPI card alongside the Data Protection Summary chart.

  • The KPI card displays the total count of Sensitive Data Exposures for the selected period, the percentage change versus the previous period, and a breakdown of stat bullets (proportions by category).
  • The StackedBarChart plots daily counts of Sensitive Data Exposures (purple bars) and Employee Resolutions (teal bars), stacked on the left axis, with a dashed Prompts line on the right axis. The x-axis shows dates; hovering a bar shows a tooltip.

Data Protection Highlights

The Data Protection Highlights section contains two visual elements side by side.

Data Protection Breakdown (funnel)

A vertical funnel titled Data Protection Breakdown shows the pipeline of events through the selected period — for example, total prompts down to exposures. Each stage shows its count and the percentage change versus the prior period.

Highlight panels (right column)

Three panels appear to the right of the funnel:

  1. Detection Types Enabled — the number of detection types currently active, with a list of the Top Detection Types by share of detections and their period-over-period delta.
  2. Employees have received an Intervention — the count of employees who received an intervention, with a list of Top Employee Actions (e.g. Intervention Ignored, Input Cancelled) by share.
  3. Employees have exposed sensitive data to AI Apps — the count of employees with at least one exposure, alongside Top Apps for Sensitive Data Exposure ranked by exposure count.

Top 3 · Applications · By Detections

A grid of up to three application cards, each showing the application’s detection count, exposure count, period-over-period deltas, app users, app traffic, and prompts submitted. Cards also display an AI-generated insight and flag applications that train on user data.

A matching grid of up to three employee cards, each showing detection count, exposure count, number of applications used, app traffic, and prompts submitted, along with an AI-generated insight per employee.
