Alerts Inbox
The Alerts page is the primary inbox for every policy violation Robost detects. Click Alerts in the left sidebar to open it.
What you see on page load
Section titled “What you see on page load”The page header shows a count of alerts in the selected time window (e.g. “42 Alerts in 30 Days”). The list defaults to the All Alerts tab, sorted by event time descending, and paginates at 25 records per page.
Three tabs filter the list:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| All Alerts | Every alert in the org |
| Employee Resolution | Alerts where the employee cancelled or edited their input before submission (input_cancelled or input_edited) |
| Sensitive Data Exposure | Alerts of type sensitive_data_exposure only |
What each alert card shows
Section titled “What each alert card shows”Each card in the list displays:
- Alert type badge — the category of the alert (e.g. Sensitive Data Exposure)
- Violation ID — a short reference ID for the alert record
- Alert Raised — a relative timestamp (e.g. “3 hours ago”)
- Employee name and department — who submitted the prompt
- Application name and tier — which AI app the prompt was sent to
- Action badge — the action the extension recorded: Intervention Ignored, Input Cancelled, or Input Edited
- Text Submit Details — the first 250 characters of the prompt text, with a “Show more / Show less” toggle for longer content
- Detection tags — the detection types flagged on the alert
- Employee Justification — if the employee provided one, it appears below the prompt text
Filters and sort
Section titled “Filters and sort”Use the controls row to narrow results:
- Search — free-text search across alerts
- Sort order — the dropdown defaults to “Event Occurred: DESC” (newest first). Selectable alternatives are “Event Occurred: ASC” and “Severity: High → Low”; choosing the blank option reverts to the default.
- Date range — filter to the last 7, 30, or 90 days (default: 30 Days)
Click Hide Filters to collapse the sort and date-range controls. Click Expand or Collapse to expand or collapse prompt text on all cards at once.
Pagination
Section titled “Pagination”When there is more than one page of results, numbered pagination controls appear below the list.
